MULTI AXIS SYSTEM CONTROLLED WINDING MACHINE

  • In many machine control and automation problems, there are two or more axes of motion which must be coordinated. The term "multi-axis synchronization" refers to the motion which requires coordination, and the techniques used to achieve control of the motion. With today's increasing automation and machine sophistication, the control applications have become more demanding. The availability of electronic motion control has brought solutions to the problems inherent with the mechanical approach to synchronization. 
  • To understand how these solutions are achieved, it is helpful to review basic electronic motion control systems. One axis of electronic motion control consists of the motor, the motor drive, and the controller. The controller accepts motion commands from a host computer or an internally stored program.
  • We have successfully completed many complex motion control applications from various applications like, plastic cut to length applications, multiaxis FFS packaging machine, both horizontal and vertical FFS machines, SPM machines upto 24 and 32 axis.
  • The motion controllers are on Ethercat technology and supports multi axis synchronization. We have successfully worked on multiple platforms and give optimized solutions to the client depending on the requirement. We have successfully installed and commissioned many machines and also have developed a special skill set for upgrading of the systems.
  • Many machines which have been imported over the years from european or Chinese regions have good mechanical structure however due to improper selection or due to life cycle of the electronics they go bad and machines down times increase, we have developed special skills where we upgrade complex machines and offer client full electrical and mechanical solution for the same.
