CUT TO LENGTH / INDEXING APPLICATIONS
- Cut to Length applications for various products have been successfully been completed by us. The applications involve cyclic movements for length feeding and cutting at the pre-set point. It can be cutting or stamping or punching or sensing. Cut to length covers a wide range of applications depending on the product. All user and engineering parameters are settable on site through HMI /SCADA interface. The cut to length uses the servo based motor control to cut the parts accurately.
- The servo motor is programmed in a manner such that the controller takes the length value automatically and cuts the part without any help of operator as well as any manual error. The customer can set the number of counts as per his requirement for the number of pieces the system is used for various applications like plastic, pouches, pharma, labeling, paper, metal, PVC, Pipes, FRP, Boards etc.
